SELF ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE

Highfield has now completed the self assessment process which will be renewed annually. 

Below is the process we followed to undertake the self assessment process.

We will be carrying out the actions on a PLAN - DO - REVIEW basis.

Actions so far - 

  • Letters were sent out to parents/families to invite them to a consultation.
  • A list of questions has been compiled for managers to discuss with teams at their next care team meeting – to allow for staff feedback.
  • A consultation with families was held on the 1st July 2014 to tell them about Driving Up Quality and the process. 
  • Questionnaires have been sent out to families who didn't attend the consultation and returned.
  • Question's were brought up at the Care Team meetings/feedback noted. 
  • Questionnaires have been sent out to service users on 28th July 2014 and returned.
  • The feedback was returned and  compiled and an action plan created.
  • The questionnaires were sent out again in 2015 and returned, they have recently been compiled and an action plan is currently being put into place.
